Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp dried eleuthero root
- 1 tsp dried rhodiola root
- 1 tsp dried astragalus root
- 1⁄2 tsp dried licorice root
- 1⁄4 tsp dried ginger root
- 8 oz water
Instructions:
- Bring the 8 oz of water to a gentle simmer in a pot or tea kettle.
- Add the dried eleuthero root (or tea bag), rhodiola, astragalus, licorice root, and ginger into an infuser or directly into the pot.
