Clean Eating Homemade Worcestershire Sauce Recipe


**Ingredients:**
– 1 cup apple cider vinegar
– 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari (for gluten-free option)
– 2 tablespoons water
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or maple syrup
– 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
– 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
– 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– Pinch of ground cloves

**Instructions:**
1. In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients.
2. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat.
3. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
4. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
5. Strain the sauce through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any solids.
6. Transfer the Worcestershire sauce to a clean glass bottle or jar with a tight-fitting lid.
7. Store in the refrigerator for up to one month.
