Ingredients:
– 1 tablespoon dried red raspberry leaf
– 1 tablespoon dried dandelion leaf

– 1⁄2 teaspoon dried lemon balm

– 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced
– 1⁄2 lemon, juiced
– Raw honey to taste (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a large mug or tea pot, add the dried herbs, ginger slices, and lemon juice. Pour over boiling water and allow to steep for 5-7 minutes.
2. Strain the herbs and ginger slices out by pouring through a fine mesh strainer into another mug or jar.
