Ingredients:
- Half of a 14.5-ounce can of white beans (navy, cannellini, great northern), drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup of fresh basil leaves
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of tahini
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- Juice from half of a large lemon
Instructions:
- In a food processor, combine the drained and rinsed white beans, fresh basil, garlic clove, olive oil, tahini, salt, and the juice from half of a large lemon.
- Process the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency, scraping down the sides as needed.
