Golden Almond Milk Latte

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of 100% pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of ground nutmeg
  • A pinch of ground cardamom
  • A pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the almond milk, vanilla extract, pure maple syrup, ground turmeric, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground cardamom, and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together and bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Then, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Divide the Golden Almond Milk Latte into two mugs and serve.
