Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup of canned coconut milk (be sure this doesn’t contain any gums or emulsifiers)
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups of ice cubes
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, canned coconut milk, unsweetened almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, hemp seeds, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, and ice cubes.
- Blend the ingredients until the mixture becomes creamy and exceptionally smooth.
