Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup of canned coconut milk (be sure this doesn’t contain any gums or emulsifiers)
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups of ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, canned coconut milk, unsweetened almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, hemp seeds, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend the ingredients until the mixture becomes creamy and exceptionally smooth.
